Sinclaire, when you'll have finish your texture, try to make a global illumination render to have soft shadow, and use render to texture on put the map on the pitbull.
With that it will be look better.

The model with textures. But i don't think that the OBJ format keep the texture, it's only preserve the UVW. The "low poly" model (without smooth) count 100 000 faces.

If you want, I can upload it on my FTP, but in OBJ format, because I've made it with Maya.
