Unit count bug

It seems that no matter what unit cap I select that is over 500, the unit cap will always remain 500 in-game.

Your processor is fine, but before buying Vista you should probably invest in another gig of ram, it loves ram. It's probably time to stop complaining about Vista and how it sucks, because you can do nothing about it.

AF, you may need to RMA your card,
I'm using an XFX 8800 GTS, on Vista 64-BIT I'm have no problems running Supreme commander, stalker, X3 and oblivion, not a single crash.

I'm on the 101.41 drivers.

strange rendering in the water

When I turn dynamic water on lines flicker all over the water ( image link below )

all the drivers on my PC are update to date, the specs.
- intel e6600
- 8800 gts
- 2gb corsair(6400) 5-5-5-15
- asus p5b deluxe wifi-ap
