Spring RTS Engine

I downloaded and installed spring_0.82.3.exe and then downloaded S44Lyuban_v107.sdz from the spring-1944 website and placed it in C:\Program Files\Spring\mods. When running the spring lobby however no mods were listed, even after selecting "Tools->Reload maps/mods" or restarting the lobby....
