Do you have "fix alt-tab" enabled in settings?

Yes I have, it's been on all the time. I can check later if disabling it helps.

I dont know if i should add a new bug or simply reply here because my prob is alike this..

when i go back from windows into spring engine (its fullscreen)
the mouse cursor is not more fixed to the main screen (spring) so it can be on scrolling over screen edges, that the mouse can be on the secondary monitor out of the spring fullscreen and it wont scroll.. when i click out of the spring fullscreen on the other monitor (windows desktop) the spring engine will minimize.
so its a multimonitor issue when u go into windows over alt+tab or windows key and back into spring - u have the problem the whole game over.. thats really frustrating and i must scroll over the cursor keys..
i have fix alt+tab in options enabled. using nvidia 8800gtx on winxp pro x64 and the secondary monitors are left and right from my main monitor where spring runs.. on both monitors i can move the mouse out of spring..

Supermuckl, your problem can be worked around with the command /grabinput ingame, i guess.
if it does not work this way, run spring in windowed mode, maximize the window, and issue /grabinput. this should work in all cases.

to the initial problem report:
most likely it is a failure of the graphics driver. so update that, and if it still does not work with latest spring, report back please.
this bug will be closed in one month if no feedback is received until then.
