Summary0006350: Add a stockpile tag for on-shoot Resource use and allow to Aim when out of stock
DescriptionStockpile is useful for advanced burst (with ability to interrupt it, gradually recharge and simplicity in relation to reload status)
However, it cannot use resource on-shoot and aim while stockpiling.
Probably, aim and resource options should be separate, as there can be a weapon that would use resource on-shoot, not popping up until it's charged.
