Summary0006268: Water type 3 (refractive) is pitch black on develop
DescriptionNVidia/Win10 here.
Water type 3 produces black opaque water (tested 3 maps) on develop engine.

Infolog has no water shader related errors, so I assume something is wrong in the shader logic or something is missing on the c++ side.

Good map to witness the issue is Thornford 2 https://zero-k.info/Maps/Detail/57532

develop does not render (non-cubemap) sky yet, so the reflection buffer will be filled with whatever fog color is defined in mapinfo which on Thornford happens to be pitch black.
