Summary0006006: settings arent always remembered
Descriptioni often have to reconfigure some settings
This may happen when switching engines

for example HardwareCursor shows/read as enabled but isn't, have to toggle off and on again so it actually is

WindowedEdgeMove gets enabled as well

springsettings.cfg in my spring folder just gets cleaned up sometimes as well

apparently... only joining a host with different engine results in settings being changed :S
so i guess its Springlobby's doing
