Summary0005958: /specfullview is only a toggle
DescriptionI want to toggle it with 1 or 0 and maybe even read its current value

This is desired so that when people watch a players camera, it can also disable specfullview automaticly

 a toggle should be all you need since you can get the current state via Spring.GetSpectatingState's second return value.
