ZK is passing exorbitantly large goal radii (ex 10000000.000000 in your demo) to the engine, which were not previously obeyed.

fix that and you'll find things work fine.

Ok. However, it still seems like a bug if a large stopping radius breaks subsequent move goals. Do the engine-issued move goals inherit the stopping radius of the previous move goal?

no, that caused other issues.
