Summary0005561: 103.0.1-900 Dante missile ceg bug
DescriptionSomething has broken within Cegs or emitSfx between 103.0.1-764 and 103.0.1-900. I noticed this because the Dante missile launch effect is broken. The ceg is the same as the one used by the Slasher in the 900 video.

The jumpjet-in-progress effect of the Recon Commander (dyntrainer_recon_base) is a more visibly broken example. The Pyro land ground burst is also broken. These cegs are all behaving as if they have a large velocity away from their emit point.
