wrt your first vid: armcom mass is only 5000 while intruder mass is 1000000 (400x larger), so it won't be pushed out of the way fast enough to avoid clipping. similar deal for corkarg (mass=200000). wrt your second vid: I just spent 20 mins trying to recreate the situation on DSD, no luck. there is already code to prevent units sinking below terrain, so replays welcome if it happens again. |

turns out the unit wasn't stomped into terrain, it literally became invisible due to a failure in lups: "LuaRules::RunCallIn: error = 2, Update, [Internal Lua error: Call failure] [string "lups/ParticleClasses/unitcloaker.lua"]:270: bad argument 0000004 to 'GetPositionLosState' (Invalid allyTeam)", which was spammed 10 billion times during the demo -> duplicate of 0005078. |
