reason is in changelog: "use groundSpecularColor when no specularTex exists (i.e. on basic SMF maps)" can be changed via Spring.SetSunLighting |

I just want to add this here: https://github.com/ZeroK-RTS/Zero-K/issues/1290 See the commit that works around it: https://github.com/ZeroK-RTS/Zero-K/commit/3af87562589df5495fafdc238c3ed46e35da2ee3 PS: I think we should introduce a [new] groundSpecularColor2 (or similarly named) mapinfo parameter that defaults to vec4(0) that works for both SSMF and non-SSMF maps, and make the original one obsolete. |
