DescriptionIncorrect ceg spawned in shallow water and no ceg spawned for first bounce
Steps To Reproducemap tropical v2 is used in testing, load current ba from svn, give 1 corsb and bomb shallow water, as you will notice the dust cloud ceg is spawned on water that -20 deep to shore line, also there is no ceg spawned for first bounce
