If your game has 'movement.allowGroundUnitGravity = true' in modrules units will be able to leave the ground if it is traveling sufficiently fast and the terrain falls away beneath it (ie, when going down a steep hill). Afaik this is the intended behaviour and this tag defaults to true. I have it set to false and have never seen my units jump down cliffs. So, do you know whether the game had movement.allowGroundUnitGravity = true? |

couldn't find any reference to allowGroundUnitGravity and as it defaults to true: http://springrts.com/wiki/Modrules.lua this is no bug, its a feature :-) |
