Summary0004017: Spring (ArchiveScanner?) doesn't update ArchiveCache.lua when only modinfo.lua changes
DescriptionSpring (ArchiveScanner?) doesn't update ArchiveCache.lua when only modinfo.lua changes.
This means that the user (content dev) sometimes needs to manually go and delete the corresponding lines in ArchiveCache.lua.
