| Description | players on windows,linux,mac correctly receive messages using sent by RecvLuaMsg sent by linux or windows nobody can receive messages sent by SendLuaRulesMsg if sender is from mac i suspect the other SendLuaMsg* are broken as well, didn't test ( i don't have a mac, ask zorro/marciolino for tests ) | ||||

this severely breaks many lua gadgets so it's pretty blocking imho |

attached file is ba-svn (almost exactly 7.81 right now) but with a modifed gadget (cmd_idle_players) that prints debug info. it will print messages to chat that tracks all lua messages (and echo all mouse/keyb usage). we used this to show that a mac user (zorro) was able to recieve incoming lua messages from others but none of the lua messages he 'sent' we're ever recieved by others. |

I doubt it's a platform issue, and in any event one player does not prove a pattern. More likely this user has LuaModUICtrl=0 in his spring config. |
