Summary	0003944: auto create mantis reports from buildbot results
Description	only hard thing is, how to not report duplicates? possible the state-change can be used, something like, if state changes from good->bad create report. if bad->good, close report?!
Additional Information	important, as it would reduce time to look at the buildbot waterfall.
