erm, are you sure you started with fullscreen on? how does one reproduce it? |
el_matarife (reporter) 2007-01-17 06:41 |
For whatever reason, Spring in windowed mode never starts the same place twice, and often starts partially off screen for me too. Could you make an option to force the game window to spawn entirely onscreen? |

Changing to feature request (el_matarife's suggestion). Monohouse's bug seems not reproducable. |
monohouse (reporter) 2007-06-21 21:48 |
yes it's reproduceable, load TASclient and start a game quickly, it should be happening, it appears that only the very first few minutes after tasclient has started the problem occurs, it usually does not happen again after the first time, so tasclient has to be restarted to reproduce it again |

I've had that happen with a tiny window when I'm running a Springie on the same PC but that's because the regular Spring catches the Springie config. |

It seems the window position management routines are WIN32. This bug could appear on linux only. |
Kloot (developer) 2009-05-14 00:16 |
Closing; this (monohouse's bug) is just some weird window manager behavior and the position can now be saved and restored on both platforms anyway. |
