0003793: spring settings can not save changes, extremely iritateing

Description

every time I try to do any thing in spring settings I click the save before exit button and a error popup appears.

Steps To Reproduce

"edit" tab, "spring settings" anything you want: uncheck full screen, change rez, rendering options, anything. then click the "X" 'save spring settings before exiting? "yes" error reads: "error opening file for reading: C:\Program Files (x86)\spring\uikeys.txt"

Additional Information

error message reads : "error opening file for reading: C:\Program Files (x84)\spring\uikeys.txt"

thats no engine bug, but a springlobby bug. it (should) be fixed in the development version of springlobby, but it contains a major bug so it can't be released (yet).
