Summary0003785: Construction aircraft getting stuck
DescriptionSometimes construction aircraft get stuck in the middle of a build queue. It always happens after having completed a structure. They get stuck above the completed structure and don't move on to next in queue. I attach some screenshots below.
Steps To ReproduceHappens seemingly randomly, but always after the ordered building is completed. It also happens with luaui and luarules /disable.
Additional InformationTested on lava Highground, latest XTA (9.727) and spring OMP (spring_{develop}94.1.1-413-g7b0d1a7_minimal-portable).

Tested also on spring_{develop}94.1.1-441-g449a83b_minimal-portable, same issue.

I have seen both construction and advanced construction aircraft getting stuck. It has mostly happened after building energy storages, but also after air repair pads and flakkers. I really think it affects all buildings.

I have tested only with nocost and cheats enabled.
