fonctionnal ground transport try and fail to load a ship : who was tank before test and sucefully loaded(just changed movetype=) some ground unit in water around was loaded ok |

Occurs in 92.0-121-ga28822b. Flying transport cannot be given transport order on ships. corbtrans cannot transport ships. armtboat can transport ships. |
