Summary0003478: Flying transport reservation not flushed properly with area commands
DescriptionWhen you draw an area command with a load command to pick up units in a circle each transport goes for a unit it is going to pick up.
However if you consequentially give an area load command on the same spot some units are likely to be unable to be loaded with an area load command.

I have tested this both in Spring 91 and latest test release(Spring 91.0.1-1318-g7fbf6d7).
Steps To ReproduceMake some flying air transports(tested with atlases in NOTA 1.71 and BA v7.72). Draw an area load command around some units that can be loaded into the transports.
Before the transports reaches the units. Draw area load commands ontop of the same units again and again.
Some units if not all will not be picked up by the transports with area load.
The units can be loaded with manual load commands.

If you have 2 transports you can order a unit to be loaded with an area command. Select the transport that is about to load the unit and order it away from the unit it is about to load.
Now select the other transport. When you apply an area command ontop of the unit on the ground it will not be targeted by the load area command.
Once the original transports finishes its' current order, the ground unit will be able to be targeted by area load commands again.
If you press stop on the original transport, the ground unit will be targeted by area load commands.
