Summary0003290: Units get stuck in sea labs on build completion
DescriptionWhen the lab has no rally point set, and its next 'circular rally point' (units exiting the lab start to group around it in a clockwise going circle) is an invalid or out of map position.
Steps To ReproduceTo reproduce, watch the replay with BA 7.71 on DeltaSiegeX (not BA 7.72 because that has a hacky gadget fix for it)

Ah, it happens on every lab placed near map edge, if the lab has no waypoint, and its next default waypoint would be out of map, the unit stays in the lab.
