Summary0003262: 91.0 emp causes skating, gunships jitter and do not move
DescriptionGunships jitter in the direction they were moving when paralysed. When the paralysis wears off they don't resume moving until and order is given to them.

Ground units do not resume their walk animation when paralysis wears off.
