it always says:
"Authentication Failed

The username or password you entered were not correct. Please go back and try again."

but there is nothing to enter username + password.

Fixed, also allowed some more things (forcing all builds, stopping all builds, stopping all builds triggered by a particular change.)

Basically the only thing that isn't allowed now is shutting down the master :-)
