Summary0002401: EMP that is dependant on health which does not increase para timer when damaged.
DescriptionI would like health dependant emp that does not increase the paralysis time when the unit takes normal damage. To do this the emp damage on a unit has to scale with the same proportion of changed health whenever unit health is changed.
