| Description | I experience between 10-14 fps with nothing but a commander on screen, but if I activate metal map view it jumps instantly to 60. With the latest build from git today. | ||||

In your .springrc, set MaxDynamicMapLights (and/or MaxDynamicModelLights) to 0. |

Ah, yes, that solved it. I have crappy hardware so that is not surprising. |

In case it does not, there'll also be an /advmapshading command in the next major release. |
