Summary0002110: Spring Windows installer should uninstall already installed spring on new install
Descriptionif spring is already installed on a computer, the old installation should be removed, when it is installed again (to remove old incompatible ai-versions for example)

abma and me had a discussion about that, and concluded that it would be more sane to delete old AI versions when installing a new one. This should cause the least problems, and be easy to implement.
As i am about to merge pureint in, which has quite some changes in the AI installer part, i will wait till a week or two with this change.

 better solution: installer should check, if uninst.exe exists in destination folder, then run it.

 to solve this, all *.* / RmDir /R has to be removed first... ( 0002281 )
