I assume the 10.4 driver works. Question is if it is worth the trouble to try to work around the driver bug. |

Well on 10.7 i have shadows and water things (with atihacks on). This is how it looks in detail without reflective units. Perhaps its some small issue http://planet-wars.eu/ss/SS-20100815151448.jpg |

Apparently ATI managed to un-break their drivers with Catalyst 10.8, please try those. |

Yeah on 10.8 i see textures. However some things are gigantic (for example start and begin circle of smooth scroll is about 40 pixels wide) |

After restart the huge opengl point bug fixed itself. |
