Could you explain which command is broken, what it does and what it should do? |

e.g. the default command that is bind to ctrl+v via selectkeys.txt situation: 2 armpw, select 1, ctrl+v what happens: 0.80.4: both get selected 0.80.5: selection does not change |

binding the selection for Control_V to Control_U works per default pastetext is also bind to Ctrl+V -> interference? |

Oh so its problem with binding not with selectkey command.. Has something changed in keyboard handling? |

Yes, select keys now bind to keyboard commands just like regular binds |
