Build seaplane factory close to map edge, facing to the outside
Build fighters
See units slowly going into infinity outside the map, or hovering at map edge.

my findings:
1) it's not TAAirMoveType, it's CAirMoveType
2) it's related to generally dumb behavior of planes very close to the ground; SWIW had issues with that with their speeder bikes.
