Summary	0001299: Zoom out slower than Zoom In.
Description	When I zoom out it takes me 3 cogs and only 1 for a same amount zoom in. Tried with both positive and negative values for scroll speed and it's always the zoom out that is slower. I'm using Spring on Ubuntu64 intrepid with a Logitech G5 lasermouse. I had to set 'export SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0' to make my mouse work on Spring (cursor was locked in a corner , middle button did not work), but looks like I still have issues.

zerver 2010-07-30 18:19 reporter ~0005192	I agree 3 times is too much, but a slight difference in zoom speeds (like how it currently works on windows) is actually good as it makes it easier to attain a very exact zoom level suitable for a screenshot etc.
