DescriptionI have seen it 2x so far - game with all CPU < 5% and speed 0.721 or so ..
for no reason and forever.

Its not "sometimes" its nearly always..
And slowdowns can be as severe as <0.5 :((
Please fix tis, its really impossible to play bigger games..
Revert to .76 if possible. There was absolutely no problem with it.

It is, the dedicated server uses the same speed regulation algorithm as the server thread of a regular host (the binary is compiled against GameServer.cpp).
