Summary0002870: factory production ignores unit footprint
DescriptionFactories can begin construction of a unit even if the build area is not clear. Only the middle of the unit is checked for placement. The entire footprint of the unit should be checked for legal placement.

3. don't blame engine devs, when your game is broken exactly in that way, so many units a bigger than their factories and only can leave them/get build with such engine hacks.

translation: if the entire footprint was checked, many units in many games would not even be able to be built because game devs often don't bother to define sensible factory yardmaps yet were this change made _we_ would get blamed by them and the ignorant player masses of "breaking" their games --> wontfix
