Fix 0004920 Round is incorrect when converting floating point position into a grid. For example when the entire map is a single cell you'd want everything between 0 and 1 to be 0. |

further fix 0004926: remove missile's always-exact targeting as a whole -> doesn't make sense for unit targets only for projectile targets it would make sense, but those don't got an error pos at all |
