PF fixes

1) Close the newly checked squares, not the current one
2) Don't close the node if it's possible we can enter it from a different direction

It may be beneficial to store speedmod/blockedState as many thousands of nodes are added multiple times to the queue.

PFS: fix diagonal cost caching (BL->TR edges were always INF), again

this got broken back in march, someone did not read the giant comment
block I left after fixing it the first time and just removed all the
relevant lines...
