Im not even gonna go about testing KAI with it if its gonna crap all over my spring folder, please pack it in a nice and neat sdz first!

me really agrees with krogothe just unpack all ufos and make a map set all stuff in it then pack it in a sdz or a sdz (not the map who your putted in the objects weapons but all select all that maps and pack it) then put it on fileuniverse

Just because something works doesnt mean its pleasant.
Youre metaphorically hitting my head with a rock to knock me unconscious, then pouring vodka over a machete and use it to hack off a thick beef of my footsole to remove a tiny prick from it which would be testing/adapting KAI for your mod.
Once you have the tweezers ill reconsider.

i don t understand your sentances but maybe you understand this i can only pack in 1 .ufo or .ccx or .hpi or .gp3 for keep compatibility with totalA3.1 and dir gamedata work only without packaging (maybe because rev31.gp3 is highest priority...)

Emanuel. create a directory for your mod files:

Put a mod info.tdf in it and zip all of it together.

Put the extension .sdz on it.

It is now compatible with the spring client.

hey ! smoth= what you think about my scaled units?
so i can do what you say but is will loose the totalA compatibility?
must i make a pack for totalA and another for TAspring?
if yes =is better to modeliz3d in blender/upspring?
(i know blender but don t understand upspring...)

If its for OTA and SPring it'll suck anyway. Becuase there'll be things that would make it could, but can't be put in.

Spring:sdz
OTA: rev31.gp3

It is only different by packaging.

Ta can not read an SDZ
Spring should not deal with a .gp3

Upspring is used to convert uv mapped models into s3o files.. worry about that later.

Umm, no. Making it for OTA AND SPRING is NOT an issue. You really do not know what you are talking about.

except upspring features (what i can t use)all news feature (i m surprise to this) don t crash totalA
exemple= i add smothanim,leavetrack,attackonly,pictureasjpg in .fbi and no problem (not exact syntax sure !)
packaging is easy but i think about the old time when in not know ta modding and when i have a pentium100 (or an amd350 for first lan)

but help for crush trees and amphibious(maxwaterdeepht for tank) and tank floaters(not hover)

Hmm. I was pretty sure the Spring only stuff caused OTA to crash.

nope drone it doesn't.

I test alot of stuff for gundam in OTA because the AI works there. you do not get all the cool stuff like arced shots but yeah it works fine.

it seem ota return error when missing .gaf or .3do and crash when line argument miss ";" or "["]" but usless line work without visible result

yeah, and spring gives no error but will act strange.

Simple solution. Close all quotes. remember your semicolons and brackets.

in first time under spring i m quiet by this facility
but when i test my mod long time after in totalA =>2 days for fix and found all errors not reported or important for spring(ex: .gaf )
and now gafbuilder is always give black picks :i hav a problem!

smoth: i play never with others mods(and don t like gundam ) but i suggest to you : if a human appers in your mod (crew or walking )for give scale to players


heu... someone give feedback for my work ?

The mod/units look cool. I played around with the units for awhile. Unfortunately without a spring-friendly mod package no one is going to play this in the lobby client. Your going to have to release a separate version for spring/ota (I'm suprised that the same package works for both without any involvement of the user).

that is the quality exceptionnal of the TAspring and the coders "sj" :stay compatibl with totalA and add new features and format

i don t care because i mod for pleasure(my)
so an update not tested in totalA(about id and gafs)but work under taspring

sure i love me and i m suficient
and i steal all commander scripts in waiting i m will learn scripting
