All units when move, shiver !
Even with so good FPS (yellow figures).
But authors "TA Spring" have sweet sleep, and think: All right.

The actual FPS of the gif is much lower than 40, so it's kinda hard to see your point.

Is else big problem, scripts.

Known issue, however it's just a matter of requiring a slightly different animation so it can.

I think dinamik refers to some units noticeably twitching when moving, like aircraft getting their logic and positions updated slower than the framerate goes, and sometimes jerking erratically when turning. I don't think the game could include some kind of interpolation for between position updates, thereby smoothing the picture.

Unit animations in TAS (and I belive TA too) run at 30 FPS... signifigantly lower then most computers can handle. I think the only reason for this is that it was the old TA standard...

I don't mean the animation, I mean the actual motion of the unit. The interpolated animation system takes care of the twitchy animations where it's needed, but planes jerking erratically when turning looks really annoying, especially with the bigger flying things out there, like battleships from TAFF.

I was watching a fink scouting udner ym AI, tracking it in the rotatable camera mode, and ti was fluid and smooth, but it did jolt and shudder every now and again. This was because of the grounds height underneath.

That is a problem, and it's the most likely cause of your problem too.
