Commander notifier can see commanders inside T2 transports

Just thought I should mention it, since it seems a bit unfair that a commander hidden inside a T2 transport will be reported by the widget.

Whichever game this occurs in can fix this in the unit script by changing the visibility settings of the transported units as they enter the transport.
