What I mean is about ambusher/guardian and other turrets and artillery units that use or can switch to use HIGH trajectory, and target the enemy unit regardless if the projectile will hit an ally unit!!

Do you mean hit allies with AOE or hit allies because the shot is aimed so far ahead of the enemy units that it comes down in your base? The former won't get fixed, the latter can be prevented in SVN with the leadLimit weapon tag: The tag's value is the maximum distance (in elmos) that the weapon will aim ahead.

There's also leadBonus that's multiplied with the experience and then added to leadLimit, i.e. it means veteran units will aim further ahead, just in case someone wants to have OTA-style aiming.
