Countdown Error

After the game loads and everything comes on screen, theres the countdown to the beginning of the game. As soon as the countdown ends, the game freezes up, and this message comes on screen.

The exception Floating-point invalid operation.
(0xc0000090) occures in the application at location 0x6974d754

This happens whenever I host or join a game, and it's happened every with and without mods installed. I have a very new powerful computer, so that shouldn't be the problem. HELP ME!
