I wanted to D-gun a bunch of pesky units, but inadvertently pressed Ctrl+D, subsequently not paying attention to the messages warning of my commanders impending doom (the eradication of aforementioned pesky units was of little consolation to me...)

Your worst performance ever in a Spring game?

I was showing a friend spring, since it was his first game we promised not to attack each other and just build and goof around making craters (itsa great feature imo).
My resources were flawtering under the massive build load i had going, but i had a bertha on the way.
I went to grab a drink
when i got back the bertha (much to my suprised) was leveling his base.
...it didn't go down to well with my friend.
Many years ago in TA I prepared a truely massive and devistating airforce in a metal map. I didn't fly a single unit until there was just one enemy left. I waited until I saw his legion coming down the minimap toward my base before I attacked. I lauched an attack from all sides, preceeding it with a healthy round of nukes. what i didn't notice was that I had selected the commander as well as the air units and he was happily trundling his way up the map toward the inbound army.
Although it was clear that his base would be history in a few minutes, not a single shot was fired before my commander was lost.

First game of TA:Spring online ever, 3 vs 2... I was in the middle bottom with my other two team mates. First of all, white over to my right builds this huge, beutiful base and then logs out. Then red over to my left builds a huge base, shares all of his units with me and then logs off... so I'm here with 2 commanders, a big wall of white standing in the way taking up a quarter of the screen.
Anyways, I keep beating away trying to improve my defenses, get a couple nukers up and start hammering away at the top half of the screen randomly and the guys I'm playing against take out the white guy first so I have even more time to build lots of... I don't know, about this time I realizes I don't have anything but contructor planes... and I notice that all those nukes I've been hammering with are now being blocked with anti-nukes... and I and up totally decimated... I had one little kbot lab pushing out peewees and an advanced one with zeuses... it was pretty sad... Anything that takes more then one shot of the D-Gun to kill is too strong a unit in my opinion... he took out my commander with like 6 heavy tank type units... very sad...
I've won every game I've finished since though, so that's nice...

Why the Hell is it the old forum member that can't ****ing play. All these new people just downloading and having all the fun. So unfair. Im not bitter. Not at all. I've only been waiting for ages and got the hired highest bloody post count. And a cool Avatar. But Im not bitter.
(PS, acctully I am bitter, but can you realy blame me?)

I gues there are so much of bad performances, maybe one was a try to shoot down the airplanes with my commander D gun with direct control mode, what mode is usefull sometime! I have been used damn many bases up with only that ability into time I have enough troops to fights against. I'm a defensive noob -player so it's somehow easy to weak my defense in shooting it off bit at once until there is nothing to defend the little alpha forces which goes trough the base and shoots everything slowly down.

Lets see.... a canyon, ten tosters on both sides. However they werent mine, they where my eenmy. I was moveing my comander from side to side of the map creating small mining bases to create enough resourses to power my massive building machines. I was churning out units and my comander was on its way to meet my MASSIVE army. My army was walking down the caynon. The toster i dint know where their (namely because of them damn radar jammers). However they didnt fire. I was planing to set up a forward base near the enemy, giving me a radar advantage and forward construction facility's. My comander was surrounded by my units. It was also in range of most the tosters. The shells came in a wave, each one targeted at my comander. A few seconts later the massive explosion destroyed all but a small amount of my army. It was then i noticed the huge red blob heading towards my base....
