Just tested, works fine hereIax wrote:Theres a nasty system halting crash bug in this mod.
If you build a tic VPulse kbot and tell it to attack one of your own units = instant whole system lock up.
it happened in 102 but I thought it was a fluke. twice though = bug.
What does vpulse even do?
Vpulse is the equivilant of the Merl/Diplomat missles for the TLL
Yeah, FileUniverse went down, along with all Universes. A routine maintenance they said!
Oh, and to remove the autoheal:
Preferably BMP (millions colos), or PCX (256 color, but not necessarly TA ones). Spring use the 96x96 /unitpics/ for its builpic. For 96x96 picture, you'd better not use lossy compression format. Especially since not only anyway a 96x96 bmp doesn't take much, but usually mods are compressed in sd7 or sdz (7-zip files renamed to sd7 (SpringData7zip I guess) or sdz (zip files renamed to sdz)), or at least ufo/hpi/ccx/swx/gp?.Alantai Firestar wrote:hmmm didnt you read that spring cannot open GAF files. They need to be jpeg or bmp or dds format. preferably DDS or jpeg.
Oh, and to remove the autoheal:
from the ChangeLog
-Added new tags to .fbi file
autoHeal - health per second that a unit allways will be autohealed for (default 0)
idleAutoHeal - health per second that a unit will be autohealed for whenever its idling (default 10)
idleTime - time in ticks without any action before a unit is considered idling (default 600)

Hellow everyone!! ^^
Iv got some Good news and some Good news.
The good news is that if you like to play with the TLL on normal or Spring, i will probably be relesing the TLL Mine Layer Vehicle Soon.
Heres a Small Preview of hows its going to look like:

Just to remind you all, as i said before, i dont do scripting yet so i will be using the TLL Construction Vehicles Script to make it and i will be sending it to another person before allowing others to get it so he may convert to Spring and fix possible bugs.
I will also be working on making the Mines for it so dont worry on geting a empty build menu.
Thanks for your Atention and hope to see you all around!
Edit: Just changed the image to put the finished Preview of the TLLMLV.

Just for a change can we have mines that arent just your average big mine little mine wide range mien EMP mien nuke mine?
I'd like some unconventional mines, maybe a mine that launches itself in the air and follows the unit (mine that selfdestructs after firing a projectile identical to the mine as a possible method of doing it?) Or the bouncy mines I talked about a while back. Or paralyzer mines (I'm sure I've seen them somewhere but they sound like a good idea).
Maybe in the extreme with a lot of scripting magic a transporter mine that picks up a unit before it's dead and flings it to some other part of the map randomly.
Or maybe a mine that explodes as an incendiary covering the area in a blanket of fire.
