The more options we have the better, Altough I dont think it would be that much diferent...

It would be vastly different, in a team game you could lose a com without having a player completely eliminated (or forcing him to share everything). You could even com-bomb but it would of course leave your team more vulnerable.

The game would still be focused in killing the commander, only exception is that you wouldnt see the results of the assassination until you killed the last com.

I think airdrops are in general extremely effective, even t1. You need artillery + flaks to put pressure on the boundaries of enemy base, hopefully inserting your mobile AA far enough to destroy most of their AA wall. Then you load bulldogs with t1 transports and drop onto a high ledge - airdrop always works better when dropping onto higher ground, rather than onto lower ground.
