Most amazing game + crash, worth a watch. Trust me. What would have become of this match is always to be a mystery!
Also, German HQ is insane.

That is pretty mad! tombom would have finished PL fairly soon... felix would have succumbed quite quickly if you and tombom ganged up on him I think... then it would have been a monster battle between you and him.
I think the russian easy-access to tanks is rather unbalancing. (though tombom must have been swearing when PL fausted two T-34's at once

More we test, the more those go away..hopefully.neddiedrow wrote:I think there are a few wicked issues of interaction between LUA, game resources and the engine. I drop out of over half the games we run, and we get odd crashes...
Also, audio responses don't seem to occur currently.
And currently all unit acks except the russian ones are disabled, since the russian ones are the only new (and thus decent) ones we have.
I felt that Tombom would have lost interest in PL and started to expand up as Felix mounted a tank-based attack into my loosely defended center. My reaction would prove effective, but I would lose about 40% of my territory, 30% of it to Felix, who would enter hostilities with Tombom and myself. From there, I have no ideas as to what would happen. I would hold the starting territory of both Felix and myself, but would have difficulty defending the length of the top, while the center was contested hotly.
Why can we only build two Barracks, by the by? Is there a way to have the limit rise to three or four if X or Y requirement is met?

Meant to limit infantry spam. Bear in mind that the HQ's can build basic inf too, so its effectively 3, apart from the russians, who actually get 3 because of the mobile commander, + partisan shacks.neddiedrow wrote:I felt that Tombom would have lost interest in PL and started to expand up as Felix mounted a tank-based attack into my loosely defended center. edit: infact I think all factories are limited atm. No current plan to increase the limits dynamically that I know of
I think it should scale up as the game scales up...
When you have a Vehicle or Artillery factory as Brits, you probably should have access to a third. When you have Tanks or Air, you probably should have access to a fourth. Otherwise, you'll need to destroy and rebuild your current Infantry factories to supply your fronts adequately, given reasonable expansion...
