Spring 0.80.5.1 bugfix release
Re: Spring 0.80.5.1 bugfix release
the /aicontrol command uses the same technique (eg, sends a unitCreated + unitFinished Event for each Unit to an AI). I made the main AIs (KAIK, RAI, AAI) compatible with that, where they were not yet. so in theory they should work with these widgets then. also, in theory, you could kill all AIs with /aikill, then save, later load, and recreate the AIs with /aicontrol, though you could get problems as in.. hte game end screen apearing whne you killed all the AIs. also, this needs save & load to work propperly for a game with no AIs. This was reported to be the case by some, but may well have changed or could have been false reports.

Guys, this annoying mouse problem still exist. Its so disappointing to not have the opputunity to mark on the map in the middle of the battle. WinXP64 Ati Radeon 4850.
Otherwise thanks so much for this game, its fantastic.

Re: Spring 0.80.5.1 bugfix release
Try switching to the hardware cursor in springsettings.
But indeed, the selection cadre is now "fixed to the map", while it used to be that it was "fixed to the screen". Now if you move your screen while drawing a selection cadre, the point your started to draw remains fixed on the map, while (I think) it is far more ocnvenient to have that point fixed to your screen.
I am using hardware cursor.

Re: Spring 0.80.5.1 bugfix release
I found a partial reasion of the problem , when the spring units and map and else window overlaps, it will disallow to execute commands. I fixed this by moving them, but the problem that I wasnt able to mark came back in an other game. Now I will try to use the hardware cursor instead.
