Re: CA Strategies
@acid, i think anything anti-swarm will be hugely cost-effective against that. (Anything with high splash damage/high firing rate and reasonable range)

Re: CA Strategies
What is a glaive?
I find in CA, just make precision bombers.
Also dont bother with T1, just go straight to t3 mechs.
Always make the OP uncounterable t3 defense
Make nukes afap.
Offensive porcing.
Since CA is not really balanced at all, find the most OP units, spam them, and win.

You continually post in this thread and reveal that you haven't played CA in months with these statements. Your suggestions and strategies are all null and void since they don't apply to the game we are talking about and they will only confuse people. I appreciate your enthusiasm for a game you played 6 months ago, but why not load it up again today and try it now? It's really improved.Tribulex wrote:What is a glaive?

Re: CA Strategies
from few games i played: make t1 lab, some units, expand, make wind then make T3 lab for mere 550m and spam arm razorback/vanguard combo + some aa if neccesery. win . What counters this?

Annis or levellers would be my guess.

Re: CA Strategies
I propose a match.
Gine vs Otherside.
Gine will use his tactic and Otherside will use his common sense.
Don't forget to upload the replay afterwards.

Re: CA Strategies
Don't make or try to make anything that costs more than 450 for the first 10-15 minutes(except factories).
Re: CA Strategies
Do you mean something else? Levellers won't be much good against Razorbacks and Vanguards, except for the fact you could win the game with them before the first Razorback is built.El Capitano wrote:Annis or levellers would be my guess.

Maybe, I'm thinking core T2 arty, 4 of them did a surprisingly good job at softening up a razorback in a game I played.Scikar wrote:Do you mean something else?
