Should allies see each others cursors?

a sprite is an animated 2d image... my point is the curser exists within 2dimensional space. when player 1 left clicks the computer draws a line between player 1's camera and the position of hit curser on the screen and follows it through to see if it touches a unit.
everyones curser exists in a very small 2d space infront of each players camera.

(p.s. this is an analogy to explain that everyones cursers position is reletive to where theyre cam is pointing its rotation height zoom coordinates... etc)

Yeh, thats why we should see each other screen position instead of mouse position.
