Still a problem. Someone fix this please?Mav wrote:So I switched away from the new skin. My my complaint is that it doesn't work with Windows 7 docking. Even the "Windows Key + left/right" arrow hotkey doesn't work. This basically changes the way I use TAS because I dock one window to the left, and one to the right.
/Hell no I'm not doing it manually.

Re: TAS Client Skin
Bit of a bump.
I've begun working on a new skin, and decided to try and use the image options you added in the skin creator. However, as you've only set the images to stretch, any button in the client that is greater than the image size, or possibly smaller, turns out distorted.
Could I request a repeat image feature? Possibly like CSS so you can set to repeat-y, repeat-x, no-repeat or just to repeat x and y. However, even this wouldn't allow me to accomplish the buttons I want. To achieve the buttons I want, I would need some the use the class CSS "Sliding doors effect" where you set a start image and it pads out until the text tops, then the end image is plonked on the end.
I realise it may require some effort so I understand if you can't be bothered. It's just I can't imagine anybody using the image feature you added otherwise.

Re: TAS Client Skin
I agree that you missed something but I think that's a pretty good idea. Try to mimic old green monochrome display :

Your strong green is definitively the matter.

Re: TAS Client Skin
Looks nice but I suggest killing all white and gray colours and changing the default font to something that looks nice and make a new connect icon or steal the one from the black TAS Client skin
Re: TAS Client Skin
I was actually making another nice new Skin for TASClient about a week ago but had to halt it because I found that images on buttons or some element in it causes TASClient to lag extremely badly.
Re: TAS Client Skin
Hmm, yeah more washed out green would be better.Masure wrote:I agree that you missed something but I think that's a pretty good idea. Try to mimic old green monochrome display
Edit:
Anyway, I completed my skin:

Now available in Kernel Panic complete installer: http://jobjol.nl/1683
Re: TAS Client Skin
The connect button, the default windows scroll bars, and the horrible default tasclient font is all that needs to be fixed for it to be 100%

Re: TAS Client Skin
Does anyone know how to solve the "DevIL.dll" error?
I'm trying to run TASClient.
I installed it correctly, according to the directions, but I still get this error when I attempt to run it.
I've tried restarting the computer, deleting and replacing the Python folder, etc.
Has anyone else gotten this error?
