for no good reason the map ignores the waterlevel set in springmapedit and has a water level around 25? why?

edit the .smd file, and add these tags after maphardness:
[SMF]
{
minheight = -55;
maxheight = 414;
}

gearing up for release tommorow night
I still need:
Brown or grassy rock features (the grey ones look wrong)
geothermal vent texture
to pick a skybox

grab some of the rock features out of gundam, I have almost all features available there-in.
you would need to put the .lua defs in the right dir for features(look at other maps for this)

check out those tiling textures in the archive i sent ya the other day, there are some nice rock and grass textures at 512x tiling
also, i know i've seen some metal spots lurking around here somewhere

its called geovent.bmp, and its included in the archive of mothers mapconv and mothers mapconv no scanlines fix
If you want different colored features, just edit the corresponding texture files for each feature with photoshop.

apparently you cant just edit the textures in photoshop, as then the rocks appear as bright blue
